The pasta day!
It seems I had my first pasta day yesterday. Besides the lasagna I prepared some other pasta using 1 egg per 100 g flour, the way Millie told me.
I tried to form some Strozzapreti (it means "priest choker" ) with a help of a wood stick.
Well...that is the result.
It was quite difficult, so I formed some wannabe Fusilli.
