Fish in Sesame

I have found this recepie in an old Chinese cook book and modified a bit. I am not a big fish fan but these sticks are really yummy.

Ingredients:

For the marinade:
500 g fish (whatever you like)
1/4 cup white wine
1 tablespoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon sesam oil
1/2 teaspoon salt

For the batter:
1 egg
1-2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 sesame
oil

Cut fish in pieces.
Add salt, white wine, sesam oil, ginger and marinate for 20 minutes.
Mix egg, cornstarch, cornmeal, sesame, water if needed.
Crumb fish in the mixture and fry in hot oil.
Decorate with white and black sesame.
