Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 garlic bulb
2-3 thyme sprigs
2-3 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons thyme honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
salt, pepper
Preheat oven to 150°C. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil and fry chicken breasts from both sides together with the thyme and the halved garlic bulb. For the glaze mix the balsamic vinegar, thyme honey and soy sauce. Place the glazed breasts on a baking sheet and leave it in the oven for 15-20 minutes. During the cooking time glaze the breast frequently with the marinade.
