Blood Orange Mousse Cake

I am definetly a blood orange fanatic, no questions asked. I had some left so I thought let's improvise. Here is the result, which I think is pretty good, however I still prefer the parfait version, because I am an ice cream junky.

Ingredients:

For the coconut bottom:
4 egg white
8 tablespoon sugar
180 g grated coconut

For the mousse:

3 gelatine leaves
2 blood oranges

100 g powder sugar
250 g yoghurt
1 lime
200 g cream
1 pack vanilla sugar

Preheat oven to 160°C.
Beat egg white with sugar.
Add grated coconut.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Put gelatine in cold water.
Mix lime juice, blood orange juice with powder sugar. Warm it and mix in gelatine.
After it is cooled down, add yoghurt and with the vanilla beaten cream.
With a help of a cake ring pour mousse on top and leave for 2 hours in the fridge.

That mousse cake looks good. I just tried blood oranges for the first time a little while ago. Bookmarked

I'm a huge blood orange fan and would like to bookmark this for when they come into season here, but I must admit a little confusion with one of your ingredients. What are gelatin foils? Are they the same thing as leaf gelatin? If so, what strength did you use?

Yeah I meant leaf gelatin, I am not English mother tounge so I am glad that now I know how they are called.
One leaf is about 1,6 g and I used 3.
