Blackberry Foam in Basket

Light, easy to make and looks quite pretty. You can prepare it from almost any kind of fruits or even vegetables or anything you desire.

350g blackberries
1 egg white
5 tablespoons sugar
1/2 lemon juice

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Butter muffin forms and put phyllo decorative in it.
Beat egg white with sugar, when it is almost beaten add blackberries in small portions and lemon juice.
Add blackberry mousse in muffin form.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
