Gorgonzola and Spinach filled Pork Tenderloin

It does not need many ingredients to create something really taste.

1 pork tenderloin
150 g spinach
150 g gorgonzola
100 ml bouillon
salt, pepper

Preheat oven to 200°C.
Add salt on pork and leave for about an hour.
Cut a hole in the middle and with a help of a wooden spoon make it bigger.
Boil spinach in bouillon, add nutmeg. Mix with gorgonzola.
Stuff pork ith the mixture.
Smear oil on the meat and put in oven for 50 minutes.
Add beer under the meat and sometimes pour some over the meat again and again while broiling.

Looks good! Gorgonzola makes almost everything better. :)
