Pancake with Lemon Syrup

Mmm...I love the combination of the lemon syrup with pancakes.

5 eggs
500 g flour
600 ml milk
100 g sugar
6 g vanilla

For the lemon syrup:
10 tablespoons sugar
2 and a half lemon
3 tablespoons water

Separate eggs.
Beat egg white with vanilla.
Mix egg yolks with flour, sugar and milk. Add beaten egg white.
Heat oil and fry pancakes.
Heat 10 tablespoons sugar and let it caramelize.
Add lemon juice and water.
Cook for 10-15 minutes.
The longer you let it rest the thicker it becomes.
