Sweet Potato Chips

Snack, snack, snack...I love sweet potato chips.

3-4 large sweet potato
vegetable oil
fleur de sel (or any other kind of salt)

Slice sweet potato thin using a mandoline. Heat oil, but be careful, do not overheat!
Cook until the chips are light brown. When they are cool, sprinkle some salt over them and serve.
