One quik and fresh cookie recepie for Easter, it is fun for children because they can decorate them. I only decorated a few because I am not a fan of this kind of glaze.
100 g butter
120 g powder sugar
1 pinch of salt
50 g grated almond
200 g flour
powder sugar and food colours for decorating
Whisk butter with powder sugar, egg, lemon zest, and salt. Add almond, flour and leave for an hour in the fridege. Roll out dough between a plastic foile and with a cutter cut figures you like. Leave for 15 minutes in a cold place. Bake for about 10 minutes on 200°C. Decorate with sugar glaze.
