
Ingredients:
1000 g ground pork
4 slices of white bread
1 bouillon cube (if you have homemade)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1 egg
2 tablespoon oil
1 small garlic clove
Soak bread, press out water. Add chopped garlic, in water melted bouillon cube, egg, spices, and oil to the meat. Knead well and with wet hand form small, flat balls. Fry in oil from both sides.
