As I have already mentioned in an earlier post that I am a big soufflé freak. So there we go with some broccoli.
1 teaspoon oil
125 ml vegetable bouillon
125 ml milk
2 tablespoons cream
100 g cheese
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Heat oil, add chopped onion.
Add broccoli rose, bouillon and boil for 15 minutes.
Melt butter, add flour, add lukewarm milk. Remove from stove.
Mix egg yolk with cream add to butter mixture also add grated cheese.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Beat egg white and mix.
Pour into buttered forms.
Bake for 20-30 minutes.
