This was my first attempt to create some asian food. I am trying to recreate the sauce of my favoruite chinese meal in my favourite restaurant but so far without success. Nevertheless it is tasty and fast.
8 chicken breasts
250 g bean sprouts
1 sweet pepper
3 tablespoon cornstarch
Cut chicken breasts in small pieces and marinate for 2 hours in teriyaki sauce.
Add cornstrach and mix, this makes the meat really mild.
Cut vegetables in thin bars.
Heat peanut oil in wok, stir-fry chicken breasts, add vegetables, chilli and soy sauce.
After a minute add bean sprouts, oyster sauce and soy souce. Mix it well and serve.
