Ingredients:
400 g pork (chop without bone)
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
2 drops seasame oil
white pepper
peanut oil
1 carrot
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
2-3 spring onion
250 g glass noodles
150 ml bouillon
Boil glass noodle according package instruction.
Slice pork thin.
Marinate for 20 minutes with black soy sauce, seasam oil, white pepper.
I also put 1-2 tablespoons corn starch on the meat.
Slice carrot, peppers onion.
Heat oil, stir-fry pork, exclude.
Add vegetables, stir-fry.
Add pork with bouillon, mix with glass noodle.
