Tabbouleh is a really refreshing Lebanese salad dish. Great for hot summer days.
Ingredients:
a bunch parsley
1 bunch mint
4 small tomatos
1 bunch green onion
1 cucumber
100 g bulgur
20 ml olive oil
1 lemon
salt
pepper
Prepare bulgur according package instructions.
Chop cucumber, green onion and tomato (without seeds).
Chop parsley and mint.
Mix dressing out of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix bulgur with chopped vegetables and dressing.
Chill for 2 hours.
